RETURN POLICY
**NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ALL HAIR SYSTEMS (WIG UNITS), AND HAIR SYSTEMS COLLECTIONS (WIG COLLECTIONS) ARE FINAL SALE**

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
2. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned
***NON-RETURNABLE merchandise includes: Used hair care products, all hair systems (wigs), all custom hair systems (custom units), all sale items, all final sale, and all accessories.
3. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements, including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances, and smoke.
4. Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to TruNu Scalp by Christina Benjamin.
5. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
6. Trunuscalp.com diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
**Please include your original packing slip, so we know who you are. If you've misplaced your packing slip, please enclose a note with your full name and/or order number and indicate if you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or receive merchandise credit. If it's not indicated or the size you're requesting for the exchange is unavailable, a merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card and will be received via email.
Custom units: Instructions have been placed in all product descriptions of process time and consultation requirements. Please see same wording below:

If you meet the return/exchange requirements and receive approval from a team member of TruNu Scalp by Christina Benjamin, please ship the item(s) back within 10 days. Items received 30 days past the initial approval date; we reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange. Please ship to:

RETURN PROCESSING TIME
